Louie is Nadias son and was generously gifted to me by Therese Morris and Alexis Young. When Alexis left for college she wasn't able to take both of her horses so Louie came to live with me & ended up just staying. The gift of these two horses absolutely changed my life and I could never possibly fully express my gratitude to these two women.

 

While Louie will never be quite like his mother, he was absolutely made for this work. He loves connecting with people and he is very good at it. He never wanted to do fancy show things and honestly his natural coordination (or lack thereof) would have made being something like a show horse or a serious trail horse pretty challenging for him.
